We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and associates very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
In our industry we are already accustomed to focusing on safety every day in our work, both for ourselves and our customers.
We have introduced further measures for our customers' peace of mind, as well as to protect the health of our employees and our community.
- SOCIAL DISTANCING:
In normal circumstances we would warmly shake hands with customers, but you will understand if our technicians keep a respectful distance.
- SANITIZER / GLOVES / SHOE COVERS:
You can be reassured that our technicians have been trained to sanitize before arriving, during and after leaving your home. Mask availability will depend on them being available to purchase.
- CLEANING WORK AREAS:
All work areas will be cleaned, and you will be shown the work areas so you have the choice to re-sanitize them yourself. Many services take place outdoors in any case.
- NO TECHNICIANS THAT HAVE TRAVELED:
None of our technicians have traveled internationally in the last 14 days. Like all workplaces, anyone unwell is told not to work.
- YOU ARE IN CHARGE:
If you have any requirements that would make you feel more comfortable, we will adhere to them. It is your home and family, and we will act accordingly to reassure you.
If you have any questions at all, or anything we can do to reassure you, please call and ask us.
As a community there have been many challenges we've faced together during the many decades South Shore Heating & Cooling and MacFarlane Energy have been in business. This is another one, but it is one we will rise to. We appreciate our relationship, we are well-prepared to meet these challenges, together we will be able to service your heating and cooling needs while also putting health and safety at the forefront.
