I would like to let you know how impressed I am with the job your company did for me at my home in Dennisport, MA.
I especially want to give credit to Shawn. He was very professional in all aspects of the project. The cover letter he wrote explaining the job was so impressive that I didn't bother getting quotes from other companies. The crew that did the installation was also very good and they did a great clean up job. This was an air conditioning installation so it hasn't been tested but I'm sure it will work perfectly.
Talked to several neighbors about needing a new gas boiler. They said they were very happy with South Shore Heating & Cooling. So I called them for an estimate. Will came to my house first thing the next morning and, after carefully outlining all my options, emailed me a written estimate by the end of the day. Turns out his estimate was for a better boiler than anyone else's and at a significantly lower cost. The installation was completed in one day by Russ and Jonathon who were both pleasant and helpful in explaining how the new system operates. Both Russ and Will also explained a number of options that would alert me to problems while I was in Florida. Can't speak highly enough about the service I received.Bud B.

Ryan was courteous, helpful and even took off his boots when entering our home. He was doing routine maintenance on our furnaces/air conditioners when he discovered a part that was worn, but would have continued for awhile.
