Air Conditioning Service Plans
South Shore Heating & Cooling sells, installs and services a wide range of air conditioning products—from ductless mini-splits to variable speed central air conditioning systems. Our company understands that being left without cooling power in the summer can be as inconvenient as being left without heat in the winter. That's why South Shore Heating & Cooling offers an Air Conditioning Service Plan that will prolong your equipment life, improve your home comfort and help you avoid untimely equipment breakdowns.
We offer three different levels of coverage for our A/C Service Plan customers: Comfort Plan, Comfort Plus Plan, and our Total Comfort Plan.
As part of your air conditioning preventive maintenance, South Shore Heating & Cooling will check and clean your cooling system's:
- Evaporator coil
- Drip pan and drain (if accessible)
- Condenser coil
- Electrical connections
- Thermostat
- Blower motor
- Filters and belts
- Fan motor (lubricate as needed)
- Fan bearings
- Noise and vibration
- Evaporator temperature differential
- Motor amperage, operating and safety controls
If you have a second condenser, you may add it to your plan at a discounted rate.
Customers who enroll in either our Oil, Gas or A/C Service Plans can add Water Heater coverage.
