  • $650 for an Oil-Fired Furnace With ECM Blower With an AFUE of 86% or Higher

  • $800 for an Oil-Fired Boiler With an AFUE of 86% or Higher

  • $950 for a Gas-Fired Warm Air Furnace Equipped With ECM & On-Demand Hot Water With an AFUE of 97% or Higher

  • $1,000 for a Gas-Fired Warm Air Furnace Equipped With ECM With an AFUE of 95% or Higher

  • $1,250 for a Gas-Fired Warm Air Furnace Equipped With ECM With an AFUE of 97% or Higher

  • $2,000 for a Gas-Fired Forced Hot Water Boiler Outdoor Reset Control With an AFUE of 90% or Higher

  • $2,400 for a Gas-Fired Condensing Boiler With On-Demand Hot Water Heater (Must be Considered One Unit by Manufacturer) With an AFUE of 95% or Higher

  • $2,750 for a Gas-Fired Forced Hot Water Boiler Outdoor Reset Control With an AFUE of 95% or Higher
