If you have a service call scheduled (and especially an emergency service call) with South Shore Heating & Cooling, please shovel the snow from your driveway and walkway so that our technician can safely and speedily gain access to your home.
Also, please spread rock salt, ice melt, or whatever you might use if there is ice where our technician will enter your home.
As an additional favor, please keep the area near your heating equipment free of clutter: cartons, bicycles, toys that haven’t been played with since the year 2000 – you get what we mean.
